Federated learning is fundamental in providing data intelligence to end-to-end processes. However, our process AI models are built on smaller, modular models that can be utilized at the departmental level and by business users. On June 26, we will be launching our first app for communications service providers, called Order Orchestration, which is developed on Snowflake, and integrated with Salesforce’s CSP industry solution.
Often associated with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or workflow automation, we adopt a distinctive approach by aligning it with a Process Co-Pilot. This co-pilot guides business processes throughout their journey by sending alerts and recommendations. In early July, we will be introducing our Health Insurance app for carriers and brokers, designed to enhance efficiency and intelligent automation with AI-powered product recommendations, thereby expediting the underwriting process through generative AI and risk management.
Data Governance and Compliance
Our platform is constructed with an understanding of the intricacies of business processes, which helps in providing context to the process co-pilot. In addition, we have incorporated FinOps (Cloud management focusing on financial spending) to monitor tech stacks and spending across each process. We are launching our apps across three industries: TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecom), Healthcare Life Sciences, and Fintech. We will keep you informed about our progress in each industry through weekly updates as we approach our first application launch at the end of this month.
